Social Networking for Business: Rules and Tools
I’m always on the lookout for articles and information about using social media for business. I mean, Facebook and Twitter are fun, and you can hook up with all kinds of people on Linkedin, but they can also be huge time wasters. You have to be focused.
If you’re into social networking for business, check out “The Unwritten Rules of Social Networking,” from Entrepreneur.com.
A must read for business Twitter fans is this post by Guy Kawasaki, author, managing director of Garage Technology Ventures, and former chief evangelist of Apple Computer, on using “Twitter as a Twool.”

Hi Marcia,
Joely says hi. I ran across you on Twitter. Hope you are well.
I’ve found this ebook written by Duct Tape Marketing founded John Jantsch to be a nice overview of how small businesses can utilize social media for business.

Hi Pat! How nice to hear from you! I too found this ebook from Jantsch but haven’t had a chance to read it yet. When skimming it, did find an case study about a fishing lure company that looked interesting.
Thanks for stopping by! Hope you and Joely are both doing well.
